It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen J. Bittle of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Minor and Eva Minor (Pulaski); her grandson Alec Bittle; and her siblings, Karl, Alva, Dennis, Larry and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Bittle, Curt Bittle, Alan Bittle, Kimberly Mitok, Kelly Decker (David) and Stacey Perry (Trent); her grandchildren, Crystal, Stephanie, Tiffany, Ryan, Christopher, Lacy, TreAnna, Jessica, Trenton and Tanaja; and her siblings, Norma, Dorothy, Linda, Janice, Roger, Melvin, Terry and Debra. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sonntag Funeral Home (1500 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.
