He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Allen and Doretha Allen; and his siblings, Houston, Sammie, Robert Earl, Dwight Allen, Kenneth Allen and Mary Underwood.
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Stokes; his siblings, Beverly Hill (Leroy), Doris Bruton (Carroll), Peggy Jefferies and Walter Allen (Shirley); his niece Mary Underwood; and also, Jennifer Stokes, Leonard Stokes, Karletha Stokes and Tyrika Larkin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
