She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin D. Foster, Sr.; her son Lt. Terance; and her siblings, Sylvia Stienhouse and Detlef Kunkel. She is survived by: her sons, Henry Lenz of Raleigh, NC., Franklin D. Foster, Jr. of Joliet and Mykelin Foster (Lea) of Rolling Meadows, IL.; her grandchildren, Pagen Lenz, Franklin D. Foster III, Laila Foster, Jasmine Foster, Tessani Foster and Robbie Lee Williams-Foster; her great grandchildren, Jalaina Jones, Jace Avery, McKenzie Avery, Mason Tucker, Franklin D. Foster IV and Ashton Armstrong; her siblings, Michaela Fiedler, Manuala Kunkel, Hatmut Kunkel and Konrad Kunkel; and her cousin Sabiene Herzberg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
