He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Thorne; his parents, Darold Thorne and Marilyn Thorne; and his brother-in-law Brian Lynch. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Thorne, Jeanette Foley (Tyler) and Jill Klover (Donnie); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kraus, Mason Foley, Raelynn and Francis Klover; his siblings, Lorna Lynch (Brian) and James Thorne; and his sister-in-law Candace Bouchea.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Farkas Funeral Home (3201 W Jefferson St, Joliet, IL 60431).
