He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Chellino and Betty Chellino (Funk). He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Chellino (Adams); his children, Tara Chellino and Frank Chellino Jr. (Jenny); his granddaughters, Hannah White (Brandon), Grace Jashari (Auston), Mary Chellino (Jake), Lucy Chellino and Charlotte Chellino; his great grandchildren, Milana Rose Jashari and Samuel David "Sammy" White; and his brother Greg Chellino (Linda). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to Lightways Hospice will be appreciated.
