He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Costos; his mother Gladys Costos; and his sisters, Cindy Himes (Mark) and Anita Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lopez; his children, Julie Lopez, Trisha Davis (Justin) and Frank Lopez Jr. (Ruben); his grandchildren, Kylie (Salvador), Micah (Rylei), Jocelyn, Evan, Elijah, Jordan, Isaiah, Jailyn, Janiyah and Miya; and his siblings, Jessica Nolen (Dave), Rick Lopez (Terri) and Linda Purkart. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
