He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kane and Marie Kane; his daughter Janet Kane Larose; his stepchildren, Katherine Huges and Donald White; and his siblings, William Kane (Luella), Paul Kane, Robert Kane and Don Kane (Barb).
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kane; his son Michael D. Snyder of Calera, Alabama; his siblings, Mary Margaret Hamilton (Lowell) and Tom Kane (Sandra); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Kane (late Robert) and Fred Schmednecht (Ellenore).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Francis' name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
