She is survived by: her children, Stacey Kitchens (Richard), Sandra Cruz, William Crutchfield (Kathy) and Betty Tkach (Bill); and her siblings, Brenda Patton and William Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
