He is survived by: his wife Patsy Chalk McCormick of Joliet; his daughter Pam Ferrell (Pete) of Aurora; his sisters, Donna Burns (Cecil) of Knoxville and Rhonda Ruettiger (Tom) of Bonnie; his siblings-in-law, Mike Chalk (Debbie), Mary Stout and Jane Slagle; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Ruettiger (Jennifer) of Cabot, Brent Burns, Kevin Burns (Kathy) of Lenoir City, Leslie Lund (Bradford) of Chicago and Tina Mills of Gatlinburg; and his friends, James, Mary Ann Selig, Eugene, Fran Herron, Tom and Michelle Baldwin. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends.
