With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Deborah Floyd of Joliet, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Deborah left this world on December 15, 2024 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Deborah departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Deborah. Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Lumpkins and Wayne Floyd; her brothers, Ronnie Lumpkins and Gary Floyd; and her friends, Jane Talmadge and Vonna Nelson. She is also survived by many siblings.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Church (24466 W Eames St, Channahon, IL 60410). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Benefit Jan (504 McDonough St, Joliet, IL 60436).
