He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Morelli and Ann Morelli. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Morelli; his children, Maureen Trizna (Jim) and Denise Bell (Tom); his grandchildren, Adriana Trizna, Matthew Trizna, Ryan Bell and Rachel Bell; and his siblings, Richard Morelli (Sharon), Nancy Costello and James Morelli (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
