She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Vocu. She is survived by: her husband Doug Bales; her sons, Edward Bales (Brooke) and Robert Bales; her father James Vocu Sr.; and her siblings, Donna Struthers (Bill), James Vocu Jr. (Kathy), Dennis Vocu (Brenda) and John Vocu (Debbie). She is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home (1500 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
