She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Asuncion De La Torre and Valentina Muñoz; her husband Florencio Gonzalez; and her children, Josefina, Abigail, Maria Guadalupe, Fidel, Amparo and Raquel Gonzalez.
She is survived by: her children, Arturo Gonzalez (Lourdes), Juan Gonzalez (Norma), Arnulfo Gonzalez (Lina), Rebeca Lopez (Jose) and Alfonso Gonzalez (Monica). She is also survived by her 32 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tezak Funeral Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (404 N Hickory St, Joliet, IL 60435).
