It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Peebels (Johnston City, Illinois), born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foster and Anna Lee Foster (Keeling); and her siblings, Raymond, Ralph, Leon, Charles Foster and Ruby Mann.

She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Rhoades (Cale Wayne) of Sanford, FL, Terry Stroud (Bill) of Johnston City and Buddy Roberts (Karin) of Deltona, FL; her grandchildren, Christy Baumgarte (Craig), Brandon Stroud (Jenni), Jason Rhoades (Stefany), Joshua Rhoades, Jessica Aivizis (Anthony Sr.), Joey Roberts and Kevin Roberts (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Nikki Meece (Aaron), Ali Howell (Gabe Ridings), Noah Howell, Emily, David Stroud, Haidyn Rhoades, Emma Wilson, Alecia, Anthony Jr. Aivizis and Lincoln Roberts; and her great great grandchildren, Torrin and Addalyn Meece. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
