He is survived by: his girlfriend Malissa Fudge of Johnston City; his children, Payton Everly, Bailey Veach and Mariah Myers; and his siblings, Timothy Everly of West Frankfort and Sherry Beers (Jason) of Johnston City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
