He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Fred Rogers and Geneva Mildred Rogers; his former wife Cora Rogers; and his brother Roy Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Donna Webb; his children, Tammy Robinson (Jeff), Norman Rogers (Cesilee), Patti Rogers (Carl Threlkeld) and Dianne Cavender (Tyson Hill); his grandchildren, Lindsey Davis (John), Shannon Williams (Daron), Tyler Cavender, Maegan Rogers and Carlee Rogers; his great grandchildren, Drake Davis and Sutton Williams; and his sister Diane Ozment. He is also survived by stepchildren, step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
