He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Miller and Margaret Miller (Branch); his brother David Miller; his grandson Klayton Conner; and his niece Makayla Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Miller of Johnston City; his children, Whitney Whaley of West Frankfort, Ty Miller of St. Charles, IL, Amber Miller of Johnston City, Jessica Craig (Adam) of Marion, Austin Miller of Benton and Jared Miller of Johnston City; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Maverick, Kynzlee, Kyrsten, Camron, Addyson, Elena, Paislee and Brynlee; and his siblings, Natalie Murry (John) of Herrin, LeAnn Miller of Las Vegas, NV, Steven Miller (Jen) of Joliet and Kevin Miller (Tina) of Johnston City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
