She was predeceased by: her parents, Laneer J. Schaefer and Cathaleen B. Schaefer (Smith); and her son Phillip Pyland (Cindy). She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Strunk Jr. (Virgil) of Marion, IL; her grandchildren, Aaron Strunk (Leslie), Nathan Strunk and Stephanie Sanders (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Zoie Strunk, Kaleigh Strunk and Natalie Sanders. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to United Pentecostal Church of Johnston City.
