She was predeceased by: her father David Evrard. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Mae Evrard (Harris); her children, Mindy Harvel (Mike) of Pittsburg, Melissa Johnson (Paul) of Johnston City and Shawn Ellis (Crystal) of Pittsburg; her grandchildren, Tyler Johnson (Allison), Trent Johnson, Blaine Harvel, Brett Harvel, Tori Ellis, Taylor Ellis and Kash Ellis; her great grandchildren, Jase Johnson and Jenna Johnson; her siblings, Keith (Donna Evrard), Larry, Sherry Evrard of Pittsburg, Link (Anita Evrard), David Lee (Pam Evrard), George Evrard of Pittsburg, Renee, Kent Engram of Marion and Angie Ek (Evrard) of Marion; and her cousin Shelby Jackson of Pittsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
