She was predeceased by: her father Walter Dale "Tat"; her granddaughter Alexis Joy Phelps; and her brothers-in-law, LeRoy "Lee" Fischer and Larry Marrs. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Joann Kee (Avery); her spouse Dink Phelps; her children, Tena Avery (Blaine) and Torey "Rooster" Phelps (Kristi); her grandchildren, Dustin Gutwald (Jaret), Ashlynn Phelps, Lily Phelps, Erin Almaroad, Ellie Phelps and Tatum Phelps; and her sisters, Patsy Marrs and Paula Fischer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
