He is survived by: his wife Gloria Mann (Dunaway) of Johnston City, IL; his sons, Thomas Mann (Vicki) and David Mann (Darla); his grandchildren, Sarah Behm (Greg), Richelle Ghibaudy (Joseph), Ashley Mann, Thomas Russell Mann Jr. (Lisa), Anna Bollant (Gabriel), Laura Mann and Joseph Mann; his sister Marian Miller; his sister-in-law Kitty Mann; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Evie, Madi Behm, Honore Ghibaudy, Chloe, Lilly Mann, Elisha and Israel Bollant. He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
