James Lee Fairbanks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lee Fairbanks (Johnston City, Illinois), born in Mill Shoals, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fairbanks and Opal Fairbanks (Carter); his wife Delores Barth; and his siblings, Velda Rogers, Billie Joe Fairbanks and Charles Douglas Fairbanks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Artie Fairbanks of Phoenix, AZ and Judy Nevitt of Naperville; his children, Dennis Fairbanks of Marion, Leann Wise (Roy) of Marion and Elizabeth Fairbanks (Eddie Lambeth) of Lexington, NC; and his granddaughter Racheal Wise of Marion.
He enjoyed having breakfast coffee at the J. C. DQ for years and enjoyed every one there up until the pandemic.
