He is survived by: his wife Kathy Corzine; his children, John Sciluffo of Memphis, TN, Jennifer Vaughn (Terry) of Marion, Anthony Sciluffo (Sara) of Johnston City, Nick Sciluffo (Alishia) of Millington, TN, Tiffany Muthanna of Johnston City, Dakota Muthanna of Johnston City and Patrick Cook of Millington, TN; his grandchildren, Tra-ann, Keith (Brooklyn), Vanessa, Justin, Donavan (Breanna), Ashley, Trenton, Madilyn (Gavin), Elizabeth, Amyah, Peyton, Jordyn, Briana, Leah and Cameron; his great grandchild Malaiya; and his siblings, Louis Corzine (Donna), Raymond Corzine (Beth) and Virginia Hayden (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
