With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma L. Holderfield of Johnston City, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Phelps and Minnie Saul Phelps; and her husband Rev. Raymond A. Holderfield, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Reynolds of Austinburg, OH, Freida Rodgers of Johnston City, IL, Raymond A. Holderfield, Jr. of Johnston City, IL and Chris Holderfield of Pasadena, TX; her sisters, Clara Broadway of Murphysboro, IL and Myrtle Phelps of California; and her sister-in-law Donna Phelps of Jacob, IL.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren.
