She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Andrew and Florine Madell Brennan (Coleman); her husband Robert H. Eyestone; her son Larrry Lee Rush; and her brother Lee Brennan.

She is survived by: her sons, Jess Rush of Johnston City and Michael Henry Eyestone of Danville; and her half-brother Bill Burkhardt. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
