He is survived by: his mother Janet Burnett (Hargis) of Christopher; his wife Crystal Burnett (Duncan) of Johnston City; his son Justin Burnett of West Frankfort; and his brothers, Rodney Burnett (Kris) of West Frankfort, Darren Burnett (Lori) of Ina and Rex Burnett (Christine) of Buckner.
