He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Clyde and Ethel Sally Powell (Lloyd). He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Powell of Johnston City; his children, Scott M. Gray of Johnston City, Kenneth B. Powell of Johnston City, Jamie C. Hopwood and Beth Hammonds of Herrin; his grandchildren, Allison Hughes, Kaylie Gray, Kaylyn Johnson, Kameron Strong and Raylynn Gray; and his sister-in-law Dee A. Pino of Johnston City.
