He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frye and Magaline Frye (Stilley); his son Michael Frye; his siblings, John Wesley Frye Jr. and Donna Frye; his brother-in-law Larry Milligan; and his parents-in-law, Warner and Dollie Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Hunter); his sister Ellen Jones of Energy; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Edds of Johnston City and Patricia Milligan of Johnston City; his adoptive children, Rosemary Intravaia and Mike Intravaia; his grandsons, Carlo Intravaia (Sarah) and Girolamo Intravaia (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Gabe, Gracen, Isabella, Lilyana, Luca and Keegan; and his granddaughter Misty Intravaia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
