He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith and Dorothy Smith (Henson); his son Derek; and his siblings, Violet, Martha Ann and Larry Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Sonny Smith (Tonya) of Johnsonville, IL, Justin Smith (Kristel) of Xenia, IL, Lucas Smith (Mariah) of Cisne, IL and Timothy Smith of Keenes, IL; his former wife Dawn Smith; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Avery, Kadence, Ashtyn, Brayden, Levi, Sawyer and Remi; and his siblings, Cathy Smith of Fairfield, IL, Kelly Smith of Fairfield, IL, George Smith (Doris) of Keenes, IL, Billy Smith (Barb) of Manassas, VA, Johnnie Smith of Fairfield, IL and Carroll Smith of Fairfield, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Johnsonville Rurtain Club and will be accepted at the church or may be mailed or dropped off at the funeral home.
