He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Milner and Ruby Milner (Greathouse); his mother-in-law Dorothy Milner (Pugh); his brother Ronnie Milner; his son-in-law Robert "Bob" Tennyson; and his great grandchild Hudson Gaige Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Milner; his children, Lisa Tennyson (late Bob) of Dahlgren, Jeff Milner of Bethany, Brenda Milner of Texas and Brian Milner of Johnsonville; his grandchildren, April, Alec, Austen, Alijah and Anthony Tennyson; his children, Devan, Aaron, Justin, Jacob, Dylan Milner, Brody and Jesse Milner; his pets, Coco and Dior; his great grandchild Dakota Milner; and his siblings, Larry Milner (Lucy) of Johnsonville and Jeanette Simonin (late Bill) of Albion.
In honor of Donnie's memory, donations to Bailey Cemetery, Johnsonville Cemetery, Johnsonville Ruritans, or First Christian Church Wayne City are greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
