He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Goble; his children, Russell Allen Tucker and Amy Sue Louer-Waggner; his grandchildren, Russell Allen Tucker Jr., Victoria Kathleen Tucker and Catherine Alexis Tanner; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Torma, Ryker Torma, Kade Tanner and Grace Tanner.
