He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Webb and Vernice Webb (Reisner); and his wife Carolyn Maxine Sowers. He is survived by: his children, Lurelle Beals (Greg), Barbara Hipple (Martin), Charlotte Sarao (Richard), Daniel Webb (Sonya) and Thomas Webb (Sandy); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Samm (David), Eric Beals (Brenda), Adam Beals (Jessica), Kenneth Webb, Matthew Webb (Veronica), Samantha Rogers (Ted), April Webb, Garrett Webb and Carlie Webb; and his sister Betty Wellbaum. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
