He was predeceased by: his parents, William Quick and Dessie Quick (Prater); his son Jesse Wright; and his siblings, Wilma Cook, Alamaly Quick, Gale Quick and Kenny Quick (Tiny).

He is survived by: his spouse Lanora Belle Wellbaum; his children, Bobby G. Southard, Anita McGinnis (Joe), Stanley Quick (Gina) and Clara Painter; and his siblings, Wanda Head (Louis), Doyle Quick (Janice), Delbert Quick (Betty) and Dennis Quick (Shelia).
