We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2022, at the age of 72, Carroll Carter of Jewett, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Eugene and Mildred Louise Carter (Morrison); and his brothers, Jack Carter (Judy) and Joe Carter (Pam). He is survived by: his wife Judy Pitcher; his children, Nick Carter and Keri Nicole Helton; his brother Donald Carter (Carmen); and his grandchildren, Milla, Kylie and Bailey Helton.

Memorials can be made out to either: Shriners Hospital, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, or Hospice House at Sarah Bush.
