Arlene Rose Powell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 80, Arlene Rose Powell of Jewett, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Arlene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Arlene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Powell and Irene Powell Wassom (Niccum); her stepfather Orville Wassom; and her brothers, Leroy and Jesse Powell. She is also survived by her nieces, nephew and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Open Door Baptist Church (205 IL-121, Toledo, IL 62468). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
