She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Severs and Julia Severs (Schumacher); her son-in-law Kenneth "Butch" Powers; and her siblings, Maggie Mealer, Jerry Severs and Martin Severs.
She is survived by: her husband David Scoggins of Holiday Shores; her stepdaughters, Lisa Scoggins (Steve Werner) of Troy and Leslee Powell of Collinsville; her stepgrandchildren, Cassandra Mitchell, David T. Scoggins, Kenneth Powell Jr. and Alyssa Werner; her sister Mary; her brother-in-law David Magditch of St. Charles, Missouri.; and her brothers, Joseph Severs of St. Louis and Frank (Judy Severs). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
