He is survived by: his wife Cindy Conrad (Walz); his mother-in-law Adelene Walz of Jerseyville; his siblings, Allen, Buford, LaVonne Abbott (Conrad) of Jerseyville, Donna Alderson (Conrad) of Freeport, IL, Linda, Nancy and Charlie; his aunts, Karen Jones and Delores Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Duff, Kathy Foiles of Shipman, Randy Woolsey of Jerseyville and Toni Woolsey of Jerseyville; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Gambling (Mike), Ashley Conrad, Jason Branham, Amy Pointer (Branham), Brad Daiker, Tiffany Edwards (Kyle), Josh Woolsey, Jeremy Foiles (Becky) and Amie Schneider (Tom); and his goddaughter Laura Ash.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family in care of Crawford Funeral Home, who has been entrusted with arrangements.
