She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herman and Charlotte Alvena Rothe (Kirchner). She is survived by: her husband David Morton Knepper; and her sisters, Carol Nichol (Wayne Smith) and Linda Bishop (Paul). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to Riverbend Humane Society in Jerseyville.
