She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Flowers and Myrtle Flowers (Singleton); her husband Robert H. Groppel; and her siblings, Earl Flowers Jr., Robert "Bud" Flowers, Helen Tepen and Delores Conroy.
She is survived by: her son Dewayne; her daughter-in-law Crystal Groppel of Jerseyville; her son Denny Tepen (Candy) of Jerseyville; her grandchildren, Michelle (Terry Cordes), Marcus (Laura Groppel) and Lucas (Sara Dickerman); her great grandchildren, Dagan, Evan Cordes, Easton Groppel, Mia and Mason Dickerman; her sister-in-law Lorene "Rink" Flowers of Godfrey; and her friend Maxine Somers of Jerseyville.
Memorials may be given to the Fieldon United Church of Christ.
