He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lazenby of Jerseyville; his daughter Kim; his sons-in-law, Scott Montgomery of Odon, Indiana and Darrell Mortland of Hardin; his grandchildren, Michael (Lori Mortland), Matthew (Emily Mortland), Mary Beth (Howard "Chip" Johnson) and Zachary Montgomery of Bloomington, Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Pepper Ann, Oliver, Bodie, Cole, Kymble and Walter.
