He was predeceased by: his father Allen Dale Compton; and his girlfriend Amy Settle. He is survived by: his mother Carol Compton (Johnson); his siblings, Judy Slaten, Diane Greenberg (Ray), Mary Beth Pierre of Edwardsville, IL and Kevin Slaten of Godfrey, IL; and his daughters, Errin Settle and Dana Settle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
