She is survived by: her daughter Rovina Lyn Hatcher of Korea; her son-in-law Steve Proffitt of Roanoke, IN; her grandchildren, Jay, Kevin Hatcher, Scott and Amy Proffitt; and her brother Russell Thomas Smith of Portland, IN.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Dec. 10, 2020 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO after a hard fought battle with COVID-19.
