He was predeceased by: his mothers, Ruby Miller and Helen Miller (Brueggemann); and his sisters, Joann "Jody" Zimmerman and Glenda Stowers. He is survived by: his daughters, Mimi Johnson of Jerseyville, Jennifer Shourd (Jeff) of Springfield and Tammy Miller of Jerseyville; his grandchildren, Megan Watson, Brett Woelfel, Sadie and Clay Shourd; and his great grandchild Wes Schultz.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be given to Shriners Hospital for Children, in care of the funeral home.
