Hakim; her grandparents, Patricia Mullally of Lake Zurich and William Lucansky of Rockford; her brothers, Stephen Bushue (Samantha) of St. Louis, Missouri and Brant Bushue (Mercedes) of St. Louis, Missouri; her nephews, Brantley, Brant Jr. and Cannon; her close friend Nabag; and also Little Girl. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
