He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Maxine Marsh (Smitley); and his brother John Russell Marsh. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Marsh of Jerseyville; his son William Michael; and his daughter-in-law Brittany Marsh of Wisconsin. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
