He is survived by: his children, Hunter, Addison Campbell of Dow and Elijah Owens of Muncie, Indiana; his brothers, David (Arlene Campbell) and Jeffrey Campbell of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his friend Daniel Beiser. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
