With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Jean Wieland of Jerseyville, Illinois, born in Taylorville, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 105. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Kenneth Wieland of Jersey County; her siblings, Eva Helena Gilman and Benjamin Melin Boyd; and her son-in-law Jerry Arnold. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Wieland of St Ann and Martha Wieland (Marti) of Jerseyville; and her granddaughters, Kathryn E. Wieland of Champaign and Meagan T. Arnold of Collinsville. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and friends.
