He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Miller and Betty Miller (Shef); and his siblings, Mike Miller and Cindy Walls. He is survived by: his wife Susan Bland (Antrobus); his stepdaughters, Sherril Bland and Susan Bland; his grandson Trevor; and his sister-in-law Roxann Miller of Godfrey. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
