With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Marie Lahey of Jerseyville, Illinois, born in Carrollton, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Johnson and Carmel Johnson (Ballard); her husband Gerald Robert Lahey Sr.; and her son Gerald Robert Lahey Jr. (Randy Johnson). She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Vahle; her grandchildren, Lynsey Vahle-Pieper (Jesse) and Kody Vahle; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Bentley and Greyson Pieper; and her siblings, Patty Porchie and Bob Johnson (Beth) of Jerseyville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Bethel Baptist Church, in care of Crawford Funeral Home, who has been entrusted with arrangements.
