He is survived by: his spouse Dee Phillips; his daughter Peggy Ingram of Rosewood Heights; and his sisters, Emma Harper of Rosewood Heights, Shirley Loftus of California and Florence Steidley of Carlinville. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
